Medusa Beverages has successfully raised ₹56 crore in its Series A funding round, led by investors Amal N Parikh and Ashwin Kedia, with co-investment from prominent figures like Ramesh Damani, Nikhil Garg, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) from Singapore, the UK, and the UAE. This significant capital infusion is aimed at accelerating operational growth and positioning Medusa as a leading umbrella brand in the Indian alcoholic beverage (alcobev) market.
Strategic Focus for Growth and Innovation
The funds raised will be strategically utilized for operational scaling and forging synergistic partnerships across the alcobev value chain. Medusa Beverages is committed to enhancing its product portfolio, which includes offerings like Medusa Air (4.5% ABV), the Original Medusa Beer (5.9% ABV), and the newly launched House of Dragons Fire edition, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products.

The company’s revenue in FY23 stood at ₹50.4 crore, and it achieved ₹132 crore in FY24. The ongoing fiscal year is expected to hit ₹180 crore, with an additional plan to raise around ₹120 crores in the upcoming year.
Medusa Beverages’ operations span across key markets, including Delhi, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Himachal Pradesh. The company currently holds an industry scale of 350 million cases and is poised for further expansion.
